Even if you love your routine, if your day-to-day stays the same, you can’t stretch and grow into new areas. You need to push yourself to try different experiences and shift your perspective. I love to switch things up by having a conversation with someone new and learning from them. Trying a new activity, workout routine, or being in an unknown environment gives us a better understanding of the decisions that we should make in order to have the life that we want.
