Show Notes:

This episode is with my husband, Chris Harder. He interviewed me for our end-of-year wrap on his show, For The Love Of Money, and I liked it so much I decided to share it with you. It is all about the things that we are going to be doing - and not doing - to become the next version of ourselves. Tag us on Instagram and tell us what you’re going to start, stop, face and embrace in 2020.

Question Highlights:

-What are you gonna start doing?

-What are you gonna stop doing?

-What are you gonna face?

-What are you going to embrace?

Guest Bio:

After an 11-year career as an executive and partner in the banking industry, Chris experienced plenty of success, however he severely lacked fulfillment – and was completely burned out. Recognizing that a change needed to be made, he retired from banking in 2011 and partnered with his wife, Lori, and her brand, LoriHarder.com, along with their Isagenix network marketing business. Chris now handles most of the business affairs and business coaching for their two multimillion dollar brands, and has found exactly the fulfillment and happiness he was seeking in a career.

Chris is the host of the new hit podcast, “For the Love of Money”, aimed at helping people bust through their money mindset blocks to become unapologetic about their pursuit of wealth. It is through interviewing business moguls and celebrities and exposing their exciting stories of contribution and philanthropy that he helps prove that money is a tool for good in a world with many needs.

Show Notes:

It’s almost time for the new year, and we get to choose how we feel about it. There is so much beautiful energy around 2020 of manifesting what you want and getting rid of what you don't want. A lot of times I fail at reaching my goals because I’m prioritizing things that are less important or not important or things that I don't actually want, and I get stuck in the busy work. And the more and more clear that I've gotten about letting go of things, the more I’ve been able to focus on what matters. I want you to ask some simple questions:

-What needs to go?

-Who do you need to say no to?

-What do you need to stop doing?

-What do you need to let go of in order to make room for what you want?

I hope today’s quickie serves as a reminder or way for you to be able to get back to the heart-centered reason of WHY you’re working on your dreams.

Time for another Q&A Day with me and Evans! Listen in as we answer questions that you have sent in, and hear our favorite quotes of the moment! In today’s “questionably awesome” episode, Evans and I are talking about goals. If you’re in a place where you’re consistently not reaching your goals, it’s time to get realistic about where you’re at energetically. Maybe you’re not doing the things to hold yourself accountable to your goals, like telling people or putting money down. Maybe you don’t have enough willpower left at the end of the day to focus on another thing and you need to prioritize self-care so that you can be the person who can achieve your goals. Wherever you’re at, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Just know that things are working even when they feel like they're not working and all you need to know is, you’ve got this.

My Cup of Energy & Life in the Mornings! Good morning Lori and Evans (btw, love your name!)! Just wanted to start off by saying that you two are my pick-me-up for the rest of the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays as I am driving to class - especially in Phoenix traffic! I feel as though I am sitting right there with you, sipping on my iced matcha latte, laughing at the hilarious tangents and ideas that are thought of; you guys need someone to make a list of all your brilliant ideas, haha! Anyway, I love you both so much and appreciate your wisdom for this soon-to-be college grad! Everything is so relatable and so true. Keep on being your authentic selves and I will continue to do the same. Much Love, Chandler Derby

The Earn Your Happy podcast is the fuel for my fire and never fails to bring a spark of joy into my life (a big spark!). Every Wednesday morning, Lori and Evans join me for my morning workout, motivating me to keep working on my dreams in their fun and silly ways. On more than one occasion, people stop to ask me why I’m smiling and giggling so much during my workout and I love to recommend the podcast to them. My friends and I have inside jokes inspired by Lori and Evan’s witty conversations (Jugernut 😂) and I feel like we’re all one big tribe cheering on each other’s dreams and celebrating our authenticity. Whenever I’m feeling anxious or down on myself, I’ll re-visit Lori’s quickies for an instant dose of motivation or the Questionably Awesome episodes to remind me that life is meant to be enjoyed! I have it on my vision board to one day meet Lori and Evans and to attend the Bliss Project! Thank you both for shining and sharing your irreplaceable awesomeness!

Show Notes:

I just got back from an amazing trip to NYC. That city, I swear to you, is like the most amazing perspective shifter. It's so incredible to me how this city of millions and millions of people just thrives in the chaos. I think it’s a perfect example of how you can choose to focus on either the negative or the positive. Coming back from my trip I got a head cold so I’m not feeling great. When I’m feeling under the weather is when I start doubting myself. And I realized that at this time of building a new company, I'm going to have to take even better care of myself. So if you want to be successful, pay attention to who you're around, what you're listening to, what you're doing and what you're eating. Just remember that your foundation and what you're capable of doing will really come from how much you take care of yourself and how much you focus on trying to build willpower. I hope today’s quickie serves as a reminder or way for you to be able to get back to the heart-centered reason of WHY you’re working on your dreams.

In this episode I’m talking about moving through indecision. My favorite is questionably awesome, to which there is no question about it, it just IS awesome! Thank you Lori and thank you Evans for being authentic, and courageous and goofy and giving us a spectrum of being that is so relatable and inspiring.
