Gratitude is the quickest way to get present in your life. Why living in the future or past really will have you feeling nervous and anxious. Instead, get present! Focusing on gratitude and getting present is the absolute best way to attract MORE things to be grateful for in your life. Take time to appreciate exactly where you are at that moment. There are so many great things in our lives right now to be grateful for. Try listing 50 things that you're grateful for today; they can be as little your morning cup of coffee, your legs to take you on your run, and your home that keeps you safe. Be sure to lock in your gratitude practice on a daily basis.
